Individual Psychological Therapy

Siew provides therapy to adults. She enjoys working with individuals who struggle with a range of issues, including but not limited to:

  • Mood and anxiety difficulties (e.g., depression, anxiety disorders, excessive worry, panic attacks)

  • Managing emotions

  • Unhelpful relationship patterns

  • Difficulties relating to sexuality and gender identity

  • Perfectionism, burnout, and imposter syndrome

  • Poor body image

  • Attachment trauma or unmet needs in childhood

  • Finding meaning and direction

  • Adjustment to new life stages or relocation

Siew individualises each therapy plan to her clients' unique needs and life experiences.

Supervision and Education

Siew immensely enjoys providing supervision, teaching, and education. She has held teaching/supervision roles with a number of institutions including The University of Melbourne and SingHealth hospitals and polyclinics. She currently provides individual and group supervision to psychologists, counsellors, and social workers in community services and tertiary educational institutions. She also regularly provides training workshops on mental health topics to primary healthcare professionals (i.e., medical, nursing, and allied health professionals).

Corporate Services

Siew has provided individual support to working professionals in tech, legal, banking, and consulting industries, via Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). She is also experienced in delivering corporate workshops on a range of topics, customised to the unique needs of her corporate clients (e.g., on managing burnout, coping with anxiety).
